To support us, we are looking for the Product Owner Cloud Analytic Platform, who will work closely with business services and the technical teams of the digital transformation, particularly in contact with the data teams and other related cross-functional teams.
The missions awaiting you:
- Maximize value, prioritize features and evolutions based on their business impact and strategic objectives, while being the reference contact for gathering requirements, estimating costs, and business benefits
- Define and communicate the product vision to stakeholders, in close collaboration with the Solutions teams (Solutions Manager - RSO, Business Analysts - BA, Developers, Testers)
- Manage and prioritize the backlog according to the expected value, taking into account business needs, technological framework, analysis/development capacities, and integration and cross-dependencies under the coordination of the RSO
- Collaborate and actively participate in agile ceremonies to ensure a common understanding of the backlog and priorities by the Solutions teams and constraints (technological, capacity, budgetary, etc.)
- Monitor product performance and user feedback, notably by establishing and regularly tracking indicators related to value creation
- Include product evolutions in the Vaudoise Assurances release plan, in collaboration with the Solutions and Transverse Delivery teams
- Manage risks and resolve issues, including identifying and assessing risks, problems, dependencies, and constraints, escalating issues when necessary
- Plan and organize the various releases across all environments in collaboration with the teams
Your profile:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, with a technical orientation and ideally in the insurance field. A PSPO certification is a definite asset
- A higher education degree (EPF, HES, HEC, UNI or other equivalent title) in Computer Science or a technical field with a computer science component
- Ability to understand business needs, manage functional evolutions (and collaborate closely with technical teams (architects, BA, developers, testers, etc.) to ensure integration and solution performance
- Strong leadership and a strong sense of ownership to structure, arbitrate, and advance complex topics in a multi-stakeholder environment
- Understanding of overall IT architecture, data security issues, access and protection of critical systems, as well as integration issues (API, microservices, etc.) and key Cloud-related challenges
- Very good mastery of Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.) combined with a very good knowledge of common agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
- Fluency in French (native language) and English (spoken and written, minimum B2 level)
