Metalworker – Technical Customer Advisor

Activities

Technical customer advice by phone in German and French (Italian is an advantage)
Independent creation and processing of offers
Comprehensive order processing
Active customer support and occasional acquisition
Participation in trade fairs and customer events (approx. 3–4 per year)

Requirements

Technical basic training with commercial further education
or commercial training in a technical environment
Professional experience in internal sales
Very good German skills in spoken and written form
French skills for oral customer advice
Good MS Office skills
Structured, independent, and service-oriented working style
