Medical Secretary (60-100%)

• Writing medical reports, medical record entries, and various correspondences such as surgery discharges, insurance certificates, and cost approvals using the MPAssist program
• Creating patient summons for the annual check-ups of all attending doctors at the location
• Overview of the services to be recorded and the dispatch of all reports
• Coordination of surgery planning for all attending physicians of Uroviva at the Limmattal Hospital location
• Support/relief of other locations in writing reports if needed
• Maintenance of the Uroviva email inbox
• Reading and filing various documents
• Contact person for doctors
• Coordination of telephone calls
• Active support of the MPA team in the reception area

• Completed training as a medical secretary or MPA EFZ with professional experience
• Proficient in medical terminology, knowledge of urology is an advantage
• Well-groomed appearance
• Confident German language skills, both spoken and written
• Friendly, confident demeanor even in hectic situations
• Discretion and sense of responsibility in handling sensitive patient data
• Good MS Office skills and experience with Vitomed are an advantage
• Team player, sociable, committed, and highly independent and flexible
• A highly motivated personality with a lot of empathy and patience for patients
