Together, you take care of the Zurich and Basel locations and work directly at Zurich Airport. In close cooperation, you competently and empathetically support our employees on their way back to work after illness or accident.
We are looking for an immediate or agreed start for a
CASE MANAGER (W/M/D)
WORKLOAD | 80% - 100%
WORKPLACE | ZURICH AIRPORT
This is what you will do with us:
- You conduct holistic case management for employees in Zurich and Basel – including advice, triage, and coordination with social insurances
- You advise managers on handling absences and support them in recognizing health risks early
- You further develop reintegration measures such as sheltered workplaces and coordinate collaboration with internal and external partners
- You actively participate in projects related to prevention and occupational health management and contribute your ideas
- You maintain your network of specialist offices and institutions purposefully and build sustainable cooperations
This is what you bring with you:
- Several years of experience in case management as well as solid training in this field are part of your background
- You are well versed in Swiss social insurance law and navigate confidently in various institutional networks
- Your language skills convince: you master French at C1 level, German is your native language (or equivalent), you understand Swiss German effortlessly, and English is no obstacle for you
- One fixed day per week in Basel is a matter of course for you
- Ideally, you bring experience in participating in projects in occupational health management
