We’re hiring a high-potential Account Executive to join our team in a hybrid role, based out of our new Boston hub, ready for a breakout opportunity. This isn’t a traditional, boxed-in AE role. It’s a chance to step into a high-ownership, high-visibility position where performance is noticed quickly and growth is earned, not waited for.
You’ll join a market with real traction already in place, strong brand momentum and proven customer interest, while still having ample whitespace to hunt, build pipeline, and make your mark through outbound. It’s an ideal environment for someone who thrives on pace, competition, and ownership.

In this role you will
Own and grow a high-potential outbound-led sales pipeline in the U.S. market, with the opportunity to make a visible, measurable impact from day one. You’ll run the full sales cycle end to end, from prospecting and discovery through to negotiation and close. This role is built for someone ready to break out!
- Take advantage of strong early U.S. market traction while still having plenty of whitespace to hunt.
- Lead with outbound creativity and speed, leveraging modern sales tactics such as cold calling, social selling, and multi-channel prospecting.
- Rapidly develop a deep understanding of customer pain points and confidently position deskbird as the leading solution for modern, hybrid workplaces.
- Build credibility and relationships with decision-makers early in your career, sharpening your deal execution and influence skills.
- Compete, learn, and grow in a high-performance environment alongside a senior AE, raising the bar for yourself and the team.
- Contribute to shaping outbound strategy, messaging, and best practices as deskbird continues to scale its U.S. presence.
- Work closely with leadership in a fast-moving, founder-led environment where strong performance is quickly recognized and rewarded.
What you need to be successful
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally as a high-performing SMB or Mid-Market Account Executive.
- A background that includes time as an SDR/BDR, with outbound as your foundation.
- A clear track record of overperformance (e.g. top-performer rankings, consistently exceeding quota).
- Strong outbound instincts, you’re comfortable picking up the phone, prospecting creatively, and generating pipeline from scratch.
- Experience in high-velocity sales environments or sales academies where standards are high and learning curves are steep.
- Competitive, driven, and ambitious, you’re ready for a bigger stage and more ownership than your current role offers.
- Coachable mindset with the confidence to challenge ideas, learn fast, and continuously improve.
- Interest in B2B SaaS and excitement about helping shape a growing U.S. go-to-market motion.
