Activities
- You lead your team, are responsible for the
- planning, control and monitoring of the production
- processes
- Responsibility for continuous improvements in production processes to achieve quality, efficiency and cost reductions
- Active support of the team in daily business
- Responsibility for recruitment, training
- and supervision of apprentices in the mechanical field
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a Polymechanic EFZ with business management further education
- Professional experience in mechanical production and initial leadership experience
- Trainer course or willingness to complete it promptly
