Project Manager BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems) (m/f/d)

As an experienced project manager, you take responsibility for the successful implementation of projects – from initial planning to handover.

Tasks & Responsibilities

Create and monitor time and cost schedules from the early project phase to project completion

Manage and lead projects according to the agreed time and cost plans as well as the agreed technical requirements

Coordinate suppliers, external construction companies, and internal project engineers

Central contact person for customers throughout the entire project duration

Conduct regular project reviews focusing on KPIs such as financial status and progress level

Profile & Requirements

Experience in project management of engineering projects, ideally in the field of grid infrastructure or battery storage solutions

Solid knowledge in administrative processing as well as experience with electrical issues, structural interfaces, and grid connections of medium voltage systems

Ability to convince stakeholders and efficiently coordinate projects

Negotiation skills to successfully align customer wishes and project goals

Very good language skills in German and English; French is a plus

Ideally experience with SAP and Microsoft Projects
