The Assistance/Reception area consists of ten employees and supports the daily work organizationally, coordinates processes, and is the friendly first point of contact for customers.
This is what you do
- Staffing reception Bever
- Reception tasks (mail processing, managing the telephone switchboard, etc.)
- Invoicing & control management
- General administrative support tasks at the location (solar energy, production & network)
- Information procurement and management
- Organization of events (setting up rooms, catering, and scheduling)
- Participation in projects
This is what you bring
- Completed commercial training
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, SAP is an advantage
- Very good German skills, Italian or English skills are an advantage
- Flair for numbers
- Flexibility, commitment, and a high level of responsibility
- Teamwork skills as well as independent working style
