In northeastern Switzerland, the name Rotz has stood for competence around cars, customer proximity, and innovation for almost 50 years. Now the family is opening a new chapter and is expanding the well-known location into a unique gem. A restaurant with a show kitchen and bar, banquet, event, and seminar rooms for up to 400 people, as well as an expanded self-check-in hotel with private spa suites, will be newly created.

We are looking for motivated support for our kitchen team – gladly also without completed chef training. If you enjoy cooking, are reliable, and like working in a team, you are a perfect fit for us!

• You help prepare our dishes and ensure they arrive fresh and delicious on the table
• You support the kitchen team in daily work and contribute ideas
• You work closely with the service team to ensure our guests are completely satisfied
• You keep your work area clean and organized – even when it gets busy
• You adhere to hygiene and safety regulations to ensure everything runs smoothly

• You are eager to become part of our team and actively contribute
• You think ahead, bring in ideas, and help find solutions
• You either have training in the kitchen or gastronomy or have interest, willingness to learn, and some initial kitchen experience
• You are a team player and contribute to a positive working atmosphere
• You cook with joy and enthusiasm
