- Promotion and active implementation of a customer- and service-oriented behavior culture - in the sense of comprehensive guest satisfaction
- Responsible for the smooth and professional operation in the entire Workout & Group Fitness area
- Conducting personal trainings, group fitness, and supervision in the workout area
- Individual and competent advice/support for guests, spa members, and hotel guests
- Planning and implementation of the service and fitness offerings in cooperation with the Director of Spa
- Monitoring and optimizing operational processes according to the specified internal and external standards
- Conducting fitness and/or wellness workshops for spa members
Your profile
- Basic training in the sports field, further education in leadership
- Experience in fitness, knowledge in spa and wellness area is an advantage
- Strong organizational skills and service-oriented
- Enjoyment in contact and dealing with international guests
- Good knowledge in handling MS Office and the reservation system (TAC)
- Your strength lies in guest support and leadership
