Your tasks:
- Answering and forwarding calls and emails
- Receiving and processing incoming and outgoing mail/packages
- Welcoming and attending to guests
- Receiving and processing inquiries and orders
- Supporting management and the team in organizational and administrative matters
- Support in accounting (creditors, cash management)
- Support in purchasing, ordering, and inventory management
- Delivering to customers with the company vehicle
Your profile:
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- Professional experience in the commercial field
- Confident handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Organizational talent and a structured, independent way of working
- Driver's license category B
