Customer Advisor Private Credit, Basel Branch

We are looking for a new colleague who actively shapes the internal service spectrum and supports the Basel branch with the following tasks:

Competent advice and support for our customers in all private credit matters

Developing solutions tailored to the customers' wishes

Identifying sales opportunities and consistently exploiting potential

The opportunity to apply your sales flair to our first-class product range

Thorough examination of credit applications together with internal specialist departments

Conducting outbound campaigns

Various administrative tasks such as recording customer data

What we expect

Bank apprenticeship or commercial diploma with comparable additional training

At least 2 years of professional experience in consulting

Knowledge of credit and/or leasing business is an advantage

High flexibility as well as pronounced customer and service orientation

Talent, joy, and openness for customer acquisition

Independent, precise work and the ability to set priorities

Confident German and good English skills; any additional national language is an advantage
