We offer holiday apartment owners a worry-free option for the maintenance, care, and rental of their properties, while providing holiday guests with an authentic break in the mountains around Lenzerheide.
Our housekeeping team ensures well-maintained and clean premises with a comprehensive range of services and plays an absolutely central role across properties: rooms, holiday apartments, holiday homes, holiday villas, hotels, public areas – everything should always be perfectly in order on time. This requires a well-coordinated team 365 days a year. Versatile and flexible, the department takes care of cleaning and preparing all houses and properties.
This is what your tasks with us look like:
- Planning, coordination, and supervision of the cleaning team
- Co-planning of work processes and daily tasks
- Support in quality assurance in cooperation with management
- Implementation of occupational safety and health protection measures
- Consideration of special care requirements of our properties during maintenance and deep cleaning
- Leading and monitoring the cost-effective execution of work
- Documentation of completed work
- Management of goods, materials, storage, and inventory
- Checking, cleaning, and sorting of work equipment
- Independent cleaning of various areas in our properties
- Occasional assistance at our events and street festivals
- Operation of simple technical systems and devices
- Close cooperation with all departments of our two businesses
What should you definitely bring with you?
- Good spoken German skills
- Desire for daily new challenges where you never lose overview
- Reliability, flexibility, commitment, initiative, and a careful working style are natural for you
- Assertiveness and leadership skills do not hinder your ability to work in a team
- A strong service orientation, pronounced sense of responsibility and quality awareness, as well as an independent working style are among your strengths
- Willingness to work shifts with flexible hours (occasionally also on weekends and public holidays) does not bother you
- It would be an advantage to have:
- Car driving license
- Relevant experience in a comparable position (e.g., housekeeping and/or building cleaning) and initial leadership experience (e.g., as foreman/executive housekeeper). Committed career changers are also warmly welcome.
