• You support our international sales with sound analyses and help to resolve customer concerns quickly and competently
• You ensure clear communication and close cooperation with the sales units to efficiently handle technical inquiries
• You conduct professional product analyses and document them
• You actively contribute to securing quality standards and continuously improving processes in the service area
• Ensuring customer satisfaction

• A completed training as an electronics technician or mechatronics technician - ideally supplemented by further training as a HF technician in measurement technology or electrical engineering
• Sound knowledge in measurement technology and experience in product support
• A customer- and solution-oriented way of working, with which you confidently handle complex concerns
• Solid knowledge of MS Office, as well as fluent German and English
