Head of Design and Competition Pool (m/f/d)
What awaits you:
- Development and implementation of innovative design concepts and methods
- Professional and personnel leadership of the competition teams
- Ensuring the high quality of our designs and competition entries
- Responsibility for adherence to budgets and schedules in the design process
- Close collaboration with other areas of site management and the entire architectural firm
- Maintenance and expansion of our network with clients and cooperation partners
What you bring:
- A completed university degree in architecture
- At least 10 years of professional experience in architectural firms, ideally in a leadership role
- A strong sense for outstanding concepts, designs, and aesthetics
- Proven success in architectural competitions
- Strong leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English
- Confident handling of industry-standard software (ArchiCad, Revit, Adobe Design Suite advantageous)
