• Implementation and main responsibility of the new Case Management Vocational Education (CMBB) concept in the canton of Schwyz: Coaching offer for young people with multiple problems during the transition to apprenticeship until completion
• Development of process workflows, provision of necessary documents
• Building a network of relationships with involved actors, professionals, and specialist offices
• First case-managing contact person for young people with multiple problems, own coaching work
• Building and leading a coaching team
• Ongoing quality assurance and further development of the concept
• Participation in national and inter-cantonal CMBB events

• Completed initial training with several years of professional experience
• Further education with a recognized degree in pedagogy, social pedagogy or social work, career counseling, psychology
• Professional skills in case management, leadership experience
• Sound knowledge in the field of vocational education, the Swiss education system, disability insurance benefits, and migration issues
• Joy and experience in working with young people
• Skills in project management, networking, enjoyment of interdisciplinary work
