Private Customer Advisor (m/f)

Raiffeisenbank Benken is a medium-sized Raiffeisenbank cooperative with around 35 employees, regionally successfully positioned with branches in Benken, Gommiswald, and Uznach. We are looking for a personality as a private customer advisor to further develop.

• Competent and comprehensive advice to private customers on basic products such as payments, savings, investments, and retirement planning
• Responsible for the strategic maintenance and co-management of a team customer portfolio in the private customer basic segment
• You actively approach customers and non-customers, recognize individual customer needs, and refer them to the responsible specialist departments
• Assuming the reception and host role in the customer zone
• Ensuring smooth and customer-oriented operations at the counter, including cash transactions

• Completed banking training and/or experience and further education in banking or completed vocational training in the commercial field
• Enjoyment of customer contact with a high level of service orientation and good communication skills
• Independent and responsible action
• Teamwork skills and high commitment
