Tasks
- Accurate and timely recording of pharma orders in the lab info system.
- Support order management by clarifying customer inquiries.
- Assist in packaging samples for external shipping and customs.
Skills
- Completed training as a chemical lab technician or CTA, interested in commercial work.
- Fluent in German and English, with strong IT skills (LIMS/ERP).
- Able to work independently and reliably in a fast-paced environment.

- Responsible for the correct, timely, and quality-compliant entry of pharma orders in the laboratory information system for subsequent analysis in the lab
- Support of order management in clarifying orders
- Assistance in packaging samples for external shipping as well as preparing customs documents
- Management of the customer base in the laboratory information system
- Filing according to the quality requirements ISO 17025 and GMP
- Occasional substitution at the telephone switchboard and reception
- Completed training as a chemical laboratory technician or chemical-technical assistant (CTA) with an interest in commercial tasks
- Ideally professional experience in a similar position or in an analytical laboratory
- Good language skills in German and English
- Very good IT user skills (LIMS/ERP)
- You enjoy a committed activity and have a quick grasp
- You are resilient and flexible and can work independently and reliably even in a hectic environment
