As part of our Salesforce team, you use state-of-the-art technologies to advise and support leading national and international companies in implementing and optimizing their business processes.

In this role, you drive the development and implementation of first-class solutions that leverage the entire Salesforce suite. With your expertise, you support our clients in seamlessly integrating modern Salesforce solutions into their processes to achieve outstanding business results.

How you can make an impact

• Use your expertise in Salesforce solution architecture and lead the design of innovative architectures that meet and even exceed our clients' requirements for performance and reliability of their Salesforce environment.
• Participate in the development and implementation of customizations, integration solutions, and extensions for the Salesforce platform.
• Promote the end-to-end development of market activities, e.g., by responding to procurement, RFI, and sales preparation activities and involving customers in product discovery measures.
• Utilize Salesforce's AI capabilities (e.g., Einstein or Agentforce) to automate processes, predict outcomes, and provide personalized recommendations for users to design and implement intelligent solutions.
• Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce releases and features and use this knowledge to continuously show our clients tailored optimization opportunities for their platforms – always with a focus on individual business requirements.
• Develop and promote internal best practices and standards for Salesforce architecture and engage in the development of your colleagues by motivating them to grow professionally and think beyond their immediate scope.

Who we are looking for

• You bring strong analytical skills as well as a cooperative and results-oriented working style – enabling you to achieve the best possible outcomes for your clients together with stakeholders in Switzerland.
• Throughout your career, you have gained several (4+) years of architecture experience in integration projects and have been actively involved in the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions.
• You have a Salesforce certification (ideally also MuleSoft) and are interested in long-term development in an enterprise architect role that goes beyond the pure Salesforce stack.
• You are passionate about digitalization and constantly inform yourself about the latest innovations that can benefit companies.
• You are familiar with project methodologies and design thinking.
• You can communicate confidently in English as well as optionally in German or French, are open to working abroad, and have a good sense of political relationships and cultural differences.
