What you bring
- Several years of professional experience in helicopter maintenance or continuing airworthiness; project management experience in a technical or flight operations environment is a plus
- Proven leadership experience in a technical or flight operations environment with at least 5 employees, ideally with further training in CAS or Human Factors
- Practical knowledge of EASA Part-145 regulations, EASA Part-66 license B1/B2 (helicopter), and Type Rating H215 (AS332 Super Puma) is an advantage
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
- Structured, responsible, and safety-oriented working style; personality with high resilience and decisiveness in stressful maintenance situations
- Strong communication and social skills, e.g., successful coordination of interdisciplinary teams
Salary and benefits

As Team Leader Mechanics Super Puma, you are responsible for the technical and personnel management of the mechanic team in the base maintenance area. You ensure that all maintenance, inspection, and modification work is carried out efficiently, on time, and in full compliance with EASA Part-145 and internal MOE regulations. In close cooperation with Avionic, Sheet Metal, CAMO, and Quality, you ensure smooth, safe, and efficient maintenance processes.
