We would like to fill this exciting position immediately or by arrangement.
What your task is.
You support our management and primarily our HR department with various tasks. Your responsibilities include the following activities:
Responsibility and administration for the HR tool Personio, setting up workflows
Creation and support of HR documents, job advertisements, initial screening of applications
Conducting surveys
Coordination of onboarding and offboarding of employees
Maintenance of external HR platforms such as kununu and Great Place to Work
Organization of internal events such as lunches, AVANTEC weekends, or summer parties
Support and organization of gifts for employees (e.g., Christmas gifts) or giveaway orders
Participation in internal communication
Checking monthly time reports and expense receipts
Preparation of the annual ESG report and answering related questions on external platforms
Support in sales reporting and analyses
Support in organizing travel and internal events (flights, trains, hotel bookings)
Support in projects, organizational and administrative tasks from management
Preparation and processing of decision-making bases and presentations for management
Obtaining signatures, scanning, and filing of documents and contracts
Coordination of appointments
What you bring.
You want to contribute and develop yourself long-term in our exciting industry? You have a completed degree and very good knowledge in HR and administration? You have at least 3-5 years of professional experience in a comparable role as management and/or HR assistant? You bring excellent work certificates and references? Then we have the right job for you.
We are looking for someone with a lot of energy and motivation to actively support our management and HR department. You are a great organizational talent and work very structured. You are smart and learn quickly – especially you can familiarize yourself very well with new topics. You are resilient and can set priorities correctly and act accordingly. We also require very good knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office products. Knowledge of Microsoft ERP, CRM, and the HR tool Personio is an advantage.
You are an open personality with excellent communication skills and have high social competence. Good oral and written language skills in German and English are required. And very importantly: you are very reliable and trustworthy.
