The in-house Architecture department within the Technical Services Department designs, plans, and implements hotel planning regarding floor plan layouts and architectural details.

* Support our development team with architectural know-how in feasibility studies for new buildings and conversion projects
* Review and coordinate external planning in service phases 1-3
* Bring structure to complex coordination processes and coordinate the expansion planning between hotel operations, building services, interior, expansion, and management
* Check building and expansion plans for their conformity with the spatial hotel expansion while keeping function, design, and feasibility in mind
* Prepare project statuses clearly and support project reporting to the Architecture Leadership Team
We have been waiting for you because you:
* Are studying architecture or interior architecture in an advanced semester and ideally bring first experience in this field
* Live architecture & interior with passion and combine creative ideas with solid design and construction skills
* Are familiar with HVAC, electrical, building physics, and sound insulation, not in every detail, but enough to think smartly, as well as HOAI and FF&E
* Master common architectural planning systems such as Vectorworks and Adobe Creative Suite
* Work independently, structured, and goal-oriented
* Are a team player, think networked, and enjoy being on the move
* Are a "Digital Native" and have very good MS Office skills
* Have very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
