The Bächtelen Foundation is committed to the sustainable integration of young people and young adults with difficult access to the labor market. You can find information about the foundation at www.baechtelen.ch. Our inclusive "bistro" at Seftigenstrasse 280 in Wabern has 50 seats indoors and 30 seats in the garden. We focus the gastronomy on the lunch business. For our kitchen, we are looking for a Kitchen Specialist (m/f/d) 70 to 80% starting October 1, 2025, or by arrangement. Your tasks
- Preparation of various daily menus, where we offer a seasonal cuisine with many products from our own vegetable cultivation and own agriculture. - Training apprentices as part of basic vocational education. Ensuring individual support tailored to the apprentices within the framework of the education plan and the concepts of the Bächtelen Foundation.
  • Interdisciplinary collaboration with internal and external agencies, aiming at integrating apprentices into the primary labor market. Your profile
  • You have completed training as a cook EFZ and have several years of professional experience.
  • You have experience in training apprentices, know the industry-specific requirements for training, and have completed the course for vocational trainers.
  • You like to take responsibility and are looking for a position where you can contribute your practical skills as well as your trainer and role model qualities.
  • You have strong social skills, are a humorous and friendly personality, and enjoy working in a lively environment.
  • You have good administrative skills and PC user knowledge (Office). We offer
