Intern Psychologist in Neuropsychology at SUPAA
To complement its clinical activities, the University Service of Psychiatry of Advanced Age (SUPAA) at CHUV is looking for an intern psychologist in neuropsychology, at a 50% activity rate, for a period from October 1, 2026, to March 31, 2027.
Context
The University Hospital of Vaud (CHUV) is one of the five Swiss university hospitals. Thanks to its collaboration with the Faculty of Biology and Medicine of the University of Lausanne and EPFL, it plays a reference role in the fields of care, medical research, and training.
Directed by Professor Armin von Gunten, SUPAA is a specialized service whose mission is to provide clinical services, teaching activities, and research in the field of psychiatry of the elderly, mandated by the Department of Health and Social Action.
With over 60 years of existence, SUPAA relies on hospital and outpatient structures, consultation-liaison activities in hospital settings and nursing homes, as well as mobile teams, to ensure comprehensive and continuous care for patients in the Central, North, and West regions of the canton of Vaud.
Mission
- You perform neuropsychological services for elderly patients presenting cognitive disorders, including dementias or associated disorders
- You participate in clinical evaluation within the framework of specialized neuropsychological assessments
- You work closely with a multidisciplinary team composed of doctors, psychologists, and caregivers.
Profile
- You hold a Master’s degree in psychology
- You demonstrate good integration skills and appreciate working in a multidisciplinary team.
