Job description
We are looking for a role combining PLM expertise and project management to join our teams in Geneva and support the management of strategic projects in a PMO environment, ensuring the optimization and coordination of Windchill PLM solutions.
🔥 Your responsibilities
- Lead the coordination and management of complex projects around the Windchill PLM solution.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business needs and define strategic objectives.
- Analyze and optimize business processes related to the deployment or evolution of Windchill PLM.
- Develop structured documentation (requirements, processes, use cases) specific to PLM project management.
- Ensure planning, monitoring, and reporting of projects, guaranteeing respect for deadlines and budgets.
- Work closely with IT and business teams to ensure proper implementation of solutions.
- Perform data analysis to support decision-making and provide actionable recommendations.
- Identify and proactively communicate potential risks and challenges for the success of PLM projects.
🎯 Your profile
- Experience as a Business Analyst, ideally between 12 and 15 years, with proven expertise in project management (PMO) and PLM solutions.
- Advanced mastery of the Windchill PLM solution.
- Proven experience in managing complex PLM transformation or optimization projects.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex business problems.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools.
- Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
- Fluent in French. English is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and manage multiple strategic priorities.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Leadership and ability to support the upskilling of teams on Windchill PLM.
