Job description

We are looking for a role combining PLM expertise and project management to join our teams in Geneva and support the management of strategic projects in a PMO environment, ensuring the optimization and coordination of Windchill PLM solutions.

🔥 Your responsibilities

Lead the coordination and management of complex projects around the Windchill PLM solution.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business needs and define strategic objectives.
Analyze and optimize business processes related to the deployment or evolution of Windchill PLM.
Develop structured documentation (requirements, processes, use cases) specific to PLM project management.
Ensure planning, monitoring, and reporting of projects, guaranteeing respect for deadlines and budgets.
Work closely with IT and business teams to ensure proper implementation of solutions.
Perform data analysis to support decision-making and provide actionable recommendations.
Identify and proactively communicate potential risks and challenges for the success of PLM projects.

🎯 Your profile

Experience as a Business Analyst, ideally between 12 and 15 years, with proven expertise in project management (PMO) and PLM solutions.
Advanced mastery of the Windchill PLM solution.
Proven experience in managing complex PLM transformation or optimization projects.
Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex business problems.
Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools.
Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
Fluent in French. English is a plus.
Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and manage multiple strategic priorities.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Leadership and ability to support the upskilling of teams on Windchill PLM.
