Deputy Management and Hairdresser 100% (m/f/d)

For our PerfectHair.ch branch at Mühlegasse 5, 8001 Zurich, we are looking for immediately or by arrangement an experienced deputy manager and hairdresser (100%).

What awaits you:

• Care and advice for our demanding clientele, including individual type and style consultation
• Independent execution of haircuts, colorations, and stylings
• Active sales and advice of our high-quality hair care and styling range
• Co-responsibility for achieving sales, revenue, and customer frequency targets
• Co-responsibility for leading, motivating, and developing the team (including trainees)
• Support of management in deployment and work planning as well as ensuring optimal salon operations
• Training and coaching the team in consultation, sales, and current professional techniques
• Responsibility for cash closing, ordering, and administrative tasks
• Ensuring consistently high service and quality standards
  

What you bring:

• A completed apprenticeship as a hairdresser EFZ
• At least 3 years of experience in this profession
• Very good German language skills
• A passionate enthusiasm for your profession
  An open, team-oriented & ambitious personality and a desire for continuous development
