Our Marketing and Sales department is looking for reinforcement. As a team leader Sales and Campaign Management, you are the central force behind customer retention and development at Bank Cler. You work closely with the bank's sales professionals, ensure inspiring and consistent customer communication, and launch powerful campaigns. Sounds like an exciting job, right? Your new job
- You are responsible for the conception, efficient planning, development, and implementation of sales campaigns, sales support measures, and events across all business areas of the bank
- You have a deep understanding of customers that helps you with storytelling, defining user journeys, or channel-appropriate content creation. Thanks to your skilled use of marketing and sales automation tools, you scale your campaigns across various channels and triggers
- You are the contact person for sales and a professional in handling sales topics and lead management
- You conduct complex data analyses with our data specialists to gain valuable insights into customer behavior and identify business potential
- You take on budget responsibility, continuously analyze the success and effectiveness of your measures; your findings flow into meaningful reporting
- You lead, motivate, and develop a team of six employees, assign tasks to external agencies, and work closely with the marketing units, your sales partners, partner organizations, and other stakeholders in the bank
What we benefit from
- You have a university or university of applied sciences degree in business administration, marketing, communication, or a comparable field
- You bring at least five years of professional experience in marketing, sales, CRM, or campaign management in banking
- You are a customer champion, think strategically, act entrepreneurially, and operate as a leadership personality with strong implementation skills and a pronounced hands-on mentality
- You have in-depth banking knowledge and can demonstrate success in campaign development and implementation, as well as in collaboration with sales
- You possess a deep understanding of CRM systems, data analysis, and marketing automation, as well as a high technical affinity
- You are an inspiring leader who motivates and develops their team
- You have confident German language skills in speaking and writing – do you also have good French language skills? Bonus points for you!
