We are looking for a
Marketing Manager (m/f/d)
Your area of responsibility
- You develop, manage and are responsible for the entire marketing strategy – from brand management to campaigns, promotions and digital formats
- You lead and support your small team of two employees and ensure a motivating work environment
- You are responsible for the social media presence, create content and manage community management
- You design flyers, newsletters and other communication materials yourself from time to time – hands-on is part of it
- You work closely with the Business Development Manager and the operations to optimally coordinate marketing activities
- You monitor market trends, analyze campaigns and initiate optimizations
Your profile
- You have training in marketing/communication or a comparable commercial education with relevant experience
- You bring 2–4 years of marketing experience – ideally in gastronomy, hospitality, retail or consumer goods
- You have gained initial leadership experience or are motivated to take this next step
- You are proficient in social media, digital tools and classic marketing instruments
- You work in a structured, pragmatic way and are not afraid of operational tasks
- You communicate confidently in German, English and French
