Your Tasks
- You optimally manage the spare parts warehouse for our buses and customer vehicles.
- You coordinate orders based on cost-effectiveness and urgency to ensure the right spare and consumable parts are available on time.
- Based on our ISO processes, you compare prices and quality, make informed decisions, and maintain contact with suppliers. You handle most of the parts logistics digitally.
- You serve our demanding customers in a solution-oriented manner from the offer to invoicing. You handle daily business together with the team and support apprentices in everyday life.
- You represent the warehouse manager in their absence and make pending decisions.
Your Profile
- You have training in the automotive industry, preferably as a retail specialist in auto parts logistics.
- You bring several years of practical experience from the spare parts warehouse and know how the workshop routine works.
- You are proficient with IT tools (including MS Office) and work independently, reliably, and efficiently.
- Thanks to your positive team player mentality and competent working style, you keep an overview even on hectic days.
- Service orientation characterizes you as well as flexibility, accuracy, and a sense of order. Whether at the counter or digitally, you advise customers expertly and motivated.
