In our great daycare center in Winterthur-Wülflingen, we are looking to complement our team with a motivated, trained childhood or social educator HF, co-responsible for the further development of the pedagogical quality in the daycare center. Our premises are flooded with light, nature-oriented, and designed with a lot of love. They leave plenty of space open so that the children can fully engage in play and nature and thus develop optimally.Your tasks:
- Supporting the group leader in caring for and looking after the children
- Nature pedagogical promotion and accompaniment of the entrusted children
- Further development of the pedagogical quality in the daycare center
- Implementation of an age- and interest-oriented daily routine for children
- Implementation of weekly plans and projects
- Active participation in team meetings
- Guiding apprentices and interns in daily group life
- Active support and accompaniment of apprentices
What you ideally bring with you:
- A completed pedagogy degree at a higher technical school, or in the final year of study (degree by the end of 2026)
- Team player
- Flexible and innovative personality
- Initiative, creativity, and flexibility
- Independent, structured, and responsible way of working
- English skills are an advantage
