Nursing Pool: Certified Nursing Specialist HF / Health Specialist EFZ

Your daily routine with us:

• Independent, resource-oriented care and advice in the somatic area
• Flexible shift coverage in case of absences – you sign up when it suits you
• Deployment planning up to one month in advance, by the hour, half-day, or full-day

What you bring:

• Degree as Certified Nursing Specialist HF or Health Specialist EFZ
• Independent, responsible working style
• Enjoyment in quickly integrating into new teams

What to expect from us:

• Self-organized teams with 7–12 members
• No traditional hierarchical thinking
