What awaits you:

• Leading, organizing, and implementing projects in the heating/sanitary sector, including technical support for service technicians
• Maintenance, servicing, and commissioning of heat generators from private homes to commercial and industrial plants
• Detecting and resolving malfunctions
• Direct customer contact via email, phone, and personal meetings
• Procurement of necessary materials (supportive)

What you bring:

• Completed vocational training as a building services planner heating EFZ, or very good knowledge in the heating/sanitary sector
• Relevant experience in order processing and sales is an advantage
• Good communication skills
• Independent, reliable, and team-oriented personality
• Customer-oriented thinking
