• Knowledge expert and advisor for occupational safety and compliance
• Collaboration across business areas to harmonize standards
• Organization of operational safety and main contact person for authorities and SUVA
• Support of the maintenance of the Integrated Management System (IMS) according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and other relevant standards
• Plan, implement, and review measures through internal audits and prepare for external audits
• Maintain documentation, track action plans, and manage key figures and statistics
• Support line managers in health and safety responsibilities
• Support the QEHS department in all relevant areas

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, quality management, project management)
• More than 3 years of professional experience*
• More than 2 years of experience in integrated management systems
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems, standards, and methods
• Internal auditor in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and/or ISO 27001 is an advantage
• Organizational, editorial, root cause analysis, and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail with excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, in German (B2) and English (B1)
• KOPAS training is an advantage
