About the job

The following job advertisement is aimed at former participants of the Company Programme (YES Alumni). We are looking to support the Company Programme team from June 1, 2026, or by arrangement, with a new Programme Manager for the Company Programme.

Your tasks

• Support of mini-companies and teachers
• Active maintenance of customer relationships with learners and teachers
• Conducting presentations at schools
• Coordination of workshops and trade fairs
• Support of programme participants during the programme implementation
• Building and supporting the YES Alumni
• Conducting training sessions and coordinating volunteering assignments with the Alumni Coordinator
• Contributing to the further development of the Company Programme

Your profile

• Completed Matura, preferably started studies with a focus on economics
• Very good school certificates and a strong interest in economic and educational policy topics
• Experience or training in project management is an advantage
• Very good language skills in German (spoken and written)
• High degree of independence, initiative, resilience, and flexibility
• Structured and analytical thinking skills as well as precise and reliable working methods
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
