About the job

The Department of Aging and Care of the City of Winterthur offers a diverse range of services for the population of Winterthur in its five retirement homes as well as through Spitex. For our long-term care at the Brühlgut Retirement Home, which provides a well-maintained home for around 100 residents and 30 tenants in assisted living, we are looking for an integrity-driven, open-minded, and reliable individual from April 1, 2026 or by arrangement.

Your Tasks

Holistic, needs- and resource-oriented, individual care and support of the residents

Professionally skilled and empathetic guidance and support of FaGe / FaBe / AGS trainees

Work in early and late shifts, also as the person responsible during the day

Your Profile

Health Specialist EFZ or equivalent SRK recognition

Independent, resilient, and responsible personality

Commitment and enjoyment in the field of long-term care

Good PC user skills

Very good oral and written German skills
