Your main tasks:

• General janitorial duties as well as maintenance and technical inspections. First-level support for technical infrastructure
• Quality control of the properties regarding general condition (building inside/outside, surroundings)
• Generating and indicating work orders as well as processing reports
• Monitoring and compliance with occupational safety (HSE guidelines, PPE, equipment and machines)
• Accompanying and controlling third-party companies 
• Coordinating tickets, processing and handling complaints
• Troubleshooting, fault finding and repairs
• On-call service and winter service

Your profile:

• Craft or technical training with a federal certificate of competence (e.g. specialist in facility management)
• Several years of experience in a comparable position 
• Technical understanding as well as good IT skills
• Fluent German skills in spoken and written form
• Driver's license class B
• Structured, goal-oriented and independent working style 
• Strong sense of responsibility, customer orientation and flexibility
• Impeccable reputation
