Job Description

Together with the team, you ensure the smooth handling of the operational daily business. This mainly includes the tasks of picking and provision. To ensure that goods are handed over on time at the interfaces, you lead a team of about 14 employees in their respective specialist areas under the direction of the team leader. Furthermore, you support the team leader in project work, creating work plans, recording and analyzing key figures, and continuously optimizing existing processes. As the deputy team leader, you take over the personnel responsibility for the team during their absence and act as a contact person for the interfaces within the company.

Qualifications

For this role, you must have further training in logistics or process management with at least two years of leadership experience. You are characterized by fact-based, networked thinking and acting and enjoy complex tasks. In addition, you are an independent, resilient, and reliable personality with high social skills who acts solution-oriented and economically. Experience with ERP AS400, WMS ASTRO, and/or general IT affinity is an advantage. The creation and evaluation of Excel tables, as well as confident handling of Word and Outlook, are required. The working hours for this position are from 08:30 to 19:00 without weekend shifts.
