- Support in recruiting and onboarding employees
- Cleaning of resident rooms as well as public areas and offices
- Coordination and checking of daily cleaning tasks including compliance with area times
- Leadership and training of around 9 employees
- Compliance with specified safety, hygiene, and quality guidelines
- Quality controls
- Communication with the customer
- Deputy of the site management in case of absence
Your profile
- Good spoken and written German skills
- Service orientation, independence, and flexibility
- Experience in cleaning or hospitality is an advantage
- Leadership experience
- PC skills
- Punctuality and reliability
- Foreign applicants need a valid residence permit C or B permit with employment
