Your team
Join our 3-year banking CFC apprenticeship program (CFC, Maturity or Bilingual Maturity). You will complete various rotations within the Operations division where you will have the opportunity to work on investor account maintenance, transaction processing, and investment control. In the third year, you will have the opportunity to rotate with the asset management or wealth management teams.
Throughout your apprenticeship, you will participate in intercompany banking courses (CYP) and various internal trainings that will help you develop your theoretical knowledge of the field.
You will be supervised by certified, experienced, and passionate practical trainers. Our goal is to develop your skills and reveal your potential through various professional experiences within a dynamic and engaging Private Bank environment.
Your role
Within the Operations division, you will be expected to:
- Actively participate in team tasks, assigned and supervised by practical trainers, in collaboration with team members.
- Develop and use the technical skills and knowledge acquired throughout the professional program.
- Adapt to the professional world and the demanding banking sector.
- Diligently attend business school courses as well as interbank courses at CYP (Challenge Your Potential) and internal courses (finance, credit, and mortgages).
Your profile
You have completed a quality school curriculum, have very good academic results, and the banking and financial sector sparks your curiosity.
Organized, rigorous, curious, persevering, you know how to communicate and enjoy teamwork. You have good analytical skills and are comfortable with numbers. You have a very good command of languages such as French and English, both spoken and written. You are also interested in developing your IT skills, especially MS Office and Avaloq.
You are domiciled in Switzerland.
