Job description
Join Amaris Consulting, an independent company specialized in technology consulting, and support our clients in the deployment and integration of MES (Manufacturing Execution System) solutions within innovative industrial environments. This position will allow you to evolve in an international team and lead strategic projects with high impact.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex MES system deployment and integration projects.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure change management.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Ensure planning, organization, and monitoring of the different project phases.
- Integrate MES systems with other IT solutions, including ERP.
- Ensure compliance with deadlines, budget, and quality requirements.
- Contribute to continuous process improvement and technology watch.
About you
- Engineering degree or master's in computer science, production management, engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in managing complex IT projects, ideally in MES deployment.
- In-depth knowledge of several market MES systems (an asset).
- Skills in IT system integration, including ERP (an asset).
- Excellent project management, planning, and organizational skills.
- Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2) and/or MES-specific certifications (an asset).
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage change.
- Communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Fluency in French and English.
