Your Supervisor
I often experience that people seeking help feel great uncertainty and anxiety upon admission, but after a few days feel well cared for and relieved, thus having a positive experience. I consider the interdisciplinary collaboration with all disciplines involved in the treatment, the active involvement of relatives and the individual support network as an essential part of successful treatment. This patient-centered approach is actively practiced on our ward.
