The Frohmatt Senior Center is a modern and lively home at two locations. Employee Marketing/Communication and Event Planning 60%
Tasks
- Creation and management of web content (WordPress), social media, and blogs
- Raising awareness and enforcement of the new CI/CD and the claim "House full of stories"
- Responsible for images and text of internal as well as external communication (invitations, information to relatives/residents, employees, business report, etc.)
- Coordination with external partners (agencies, artists, etc.)
- Development of employer branding
- Organization of events including creating the annual plan
- Coordination of volunteer staff
Your Profile
- Commercial basic training with further education in communication/PR/marketing
or equivalent studies - Professional experience in marketing or online communication, ideally in healthcare
- Independent, proactive, and engaging personality with high initiative and a keen eye for aesthetics
- Enjoy writing with style (native German speaker) as well as solid knowledge in social media and WordPress
- Humorous, flexible, and service-oriented – even when things get hectic
