- Responsibility for quality and teaching development at the Field school location
- Further development of the team taking resources into account
- Collaboration with school managements, the overall school principal, school social work and external agencies
Requirements
- Completed school management training or willingness to acquire it promptly
- Leadership and teaching experience
- High social and self-competence and pronounced cooperation and organizational skills
- Resource-oriented and appreciative leadership understanding
- Willingness to initiate renewal processes, further develop them and continue ongoing projects
