• Implementation of operational processes focused on turnover on the floor and in the warehouse
• Presentation of products and sales areas with a good overview of offers, turnover, and customer shopping experience
• Solution-oriented application of strategies and best practices in customer service in collaboration with the team 

Qualifications

• Authentic and open personality with a strong sense of teamwork and great schedule flexibility
• Result-oriented advisor with high excellence and quality of service aiming at customer satisfaction as well as excellent communication skills
• Affinity with the beauty world, cosmetics sector, or lifestyle sector, with initial experience as a customer representative, customer advisor, or in a similar position in a service-oriented sector (e.g. retail, gastronomy, hospitality, tourism)
