To strengthen our Personal Insurance Department, which offers our clients high-level services in claims management, we are looking for an Accident Benefits Manager, between 80% and 100%, responsible for claims settlement.
The tasks awaiting you:
- Ensure the complete management of accident files in the assigned portfolio
- Handle the opening of claims and correspondence related to the files
- Manage the processing and full follow-up of files, including decisions
- Collaborate with our clients as well as various internal support services
- Submit certain cases to the medical advisor
- Pay medical expenses as well as daily allowances
Your profile:
- Commercial employee CFC, ideally complemented by a federal certificate in social insurance or equivalent training
- 3 to 5 years of practical experience in benefits/claims in accident insurance
- Very good knowledge of common IT tools (MS Office)
- Perfect command of French, both spoken and written
