Then we are looking for you! In a motivated and committed team, you are responsible for the further development and operation of various IT services. You actively shape this, control the financial performance, and ensure sustainable benefits for our internal and external stakeholders.
THIS IS WHAT YOU DO
- You take responsibility for the operation and further development of IT services or build new services
- You plan and control service costs, including budgeting, forecasting, internal charging (service-to-service), and controlling
- You take care of license management (orders, renewals, compliance), act as the link to our partners, and ensure cost transparency
- You create and maintain Service Level Agreements (SLA) for internal and external customers and ensure their compliance
- You work closely with internal departments, external partners, and the IT organization, bringing together requirements, developments, and changes in a structured manner
- You continuously develop your services and ensure clear service descriptions and customer communication
- You regularly document and present the service offerings to stakeholders
THIS IS WHAT YOU BRING
- An education in business informatics, business administration, or computer science (FH/HF/FA) or a comparable qualification
- Initial experience in service management, application management, or a comparable role
- Interest and/or experience in financial leadership (budget responsibility, cost management, charging models)
- Experience in creating and managing SLAs is a plus
- ITIL Foundation certification or willingness to obtain it
- An independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style as well as high initiative
- Strong communication skills in German (spoken and written) and enjoyment in exchanging with various stakeholders
- You like to take responsibility for a topic and actively shape it
