About the job

• Production and completion of all culinary room amenities
• Focus on patisserie amenities, complemented by selected, culinary-coordinated savory creations
• Responsibility for the daily amenity offer including timely provision
• Planning and implementation of daily production
• Collaboration in the independent organization of the amenity station
• Flexible and prioritized handling of short-term requests
• Participation in the development and implementation of special amenities for holidays and special occasions
• Compliance with the quality and hygiene standards of a 5-star hotel

• Completed training in the kitchen, ideally in upscale gastronomy or hotel industry at home or abroad
• Solid basic knowledge in patisserie
• Structured, independent, and reliable working style
• High quality and cost awareness
• Creativity, precision, and attention to detail
• Very good communication skills in dealing with various departments
• Flexibility and resilience in daily business
• Willingness to take responsibility and to develop professionally
