- Thanks to your skill in managing patient records via Dedalus Orbis and Opale, you make a decisive contribution to the efficiency of our processes, from case opening to successful completion.
- You help ensure a smooth workflow to relieve the therapeutic staff.
- You are the contact person for internal and external offices, provide information by phone, and answer questions.
- As part of future developments, you are responsible for deriving ECGs and blood samples.
- You have training as a Medical Practice Assistant EFZ and corresponding professional experience.
- You are service- and customer-oriented, and discretion is a matter of course for you.
- You are characterized by an independent and priority-oriented way of working, very good organizational skills, as well as high resilience, reliability, and flexibility.
- You are a friendly, helpful, and empathetic personality who remains calm and thoughtful in hectic situations.
- You have very good German skills (at least C1) and very good IT user skills.
- You do not have to work weekend shifts.
