- Administrative support of the executive management
- Coordination and organization of the executive and board meetings of Zweifel Chips & Snacks AG
- Minute-taking of executive and board meetings of Zweifel Chips & Snacks AG
- Preparation of the business report and presentations
- Organization of small events
- Support during audits at the CEO level
- Contact person for infrastructure and furniture at the Höngg site

- Commercial basic training with business management further education
- Several years of experience as an executive assistant
- Experience in event organization
- Very good German and French skills, spoken and written
- Excellent MS Office skills
