What you will achieve with us
From the first click when booking to the warm check-out: Take charge of the entire guest experience in our 5* Superior hotel. In this newly created key position, you report directly to the hotel management and are responsible for the entire guest journey.Your tasks:
- Leadership with foresight: Responsibility for the entire Rooms Division with about 50 employees and leading four direct leads (Front Office, Concierge, Reservations, and Housekeeping Manager) with empathy and clear goal orientation.
- Excellence as a standard: You ensure compliance with and continuous optimization of our service quality according to LHW standards.
- Strategic collaboration: Together with management, you develop innovative concepts to increase guest satisfaction.
- Financial responsibility: You keep a close eye on relevant key figures, are responsible for the budget, and manage resource planning proactively.
- Interface management: You promote cross-departmental communication and ensure an outstanding guest journey process.
Who you are
- Solid profile: You have several years of leadership experience in a similar position within luxury hospitality.
- Language skills: Must-have: Business fluent German. Very good English and Italian skills are a great advantage.
- Leader personality: You are a coach for your team, radiate confidence, and motivate through a positive role model.
- Eye for detail: Precision and discretion are as natural to you as a warm demeanor and a well-groomed appearance.
